Privacy notice

Anunnaki.Live is operated by ANUNNAKI MATRIX (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/615331/07, South Africa. This notice explains the information used to create and operate a Professional Anunnaki Twin.

Information we collect

We collect account identity, contact details, membership records, profession, role, jurisdiction, enterprise connection, authority boundaries, onboarding answers, Professional Anunnaki Twin instructions, matters, PT Workrooms, meeting records and evidence you deliberately submit. Payment providers return transaction status and references. We do not ask you to give Anunnaki.Live your payment card credentials.

Why it is used

Information is used to verify membership, locate your professional capacity and authority, form and operate your Professional Anunnaki Twin, compute Necessary Work, control PT communication, preserve replayable receipts, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Identity and authority verification

Account access, contact verification, person identity, professional standing, organisation relationship and delegated authority are recorded separately. When you choose legal identity verification, the approved external provider processes the identity document and live presence check. Anunnaki.Live stores the resulting decision, provider reference, validity, minimal event information and a cryptographic receipt. It does not store the identity document or selfie in its platform database. A verification state may expire, be reserved for review or be refused.

Professional communication

A Professional Anunnaki Twin may know more than it is authorised to disclose. PT Workrooms therefore record participants, matter purpose, permitted topics, authority snapshots, admission decisions and message digests. Do not submit credentials, privileged material or information you are not authorised to share.

ChatGPT at the door

If you use the ChatGPT door, the conversation text and selected work mode are sent to OpenAI through its API to generate a reply. Anunnaki.Live does not save this conversation to your Professional Anunnaki Twin record. The request disables response storage, but OpenAI states that API content may still be retained for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days unless a different approved retention arrangement applies. Use synthetic or fully redacted information only until Anunnaki.Live has completed its provider privacy terms and member data notice. Do not enter client names, privileged material, confidential records or personal information.

Storage and providers

Structured records and uploaded files are stored separately. Uploaded bytes receive a SHA 256 digest. A digest identifies the captured bytes. It does not prove truth, authorship, completeness or admissibility. Hosting, authentication, payment and other approved service providers may process information only to provide their contracted service.

Website traffic measurement

We measure browser page views to understand which Anunnaki.Live pages and campaigns are being visited. The traffic record may include the page path, referring website domain, campaign tags, broad device category, country-level location and a random identifier limited to a browser tab session. We do not store IP addresses, account identity, full referrer links, page query strings or raw browser user-agent strings for this measurement. The founder can view aggregate traffic reports in ABOS. This browser-based measurement may not include blocked scripts, all automated traffic or raw requests served by the hosting network.

Professional Town pre-registration

If you submit a pre-launch Professional Town question, we collect your contact email, self-declared profession and jurisdiction, selected Town, question, desired outcome and consent choices. Your email and pending submission are restricted to the founder review queue. The email is not displayed in the public Q&A. A question is displayed only after you explicitly consent and Anunnaki.Live reviews and responds to it; it appears with a platform-assigned pseudonym and the profession/jurisdiction you supplied. Do not include client, patient, privileged, confidential, identifying or security-sensitive details. Pre-registration does not verify identity, professional standing or authority. Retention and requests

Records are retained while needed to operate the membership, preserve authorised professional history, meet legal duties, resolve disputes and protect the service. Applicable law may require some records to be kept after cancellation. You may request access, correction or deletion where the law permits by contacting blitzmartini@gmail.com.
