Internal Auditor · IA-GLOBAL-2025-01

A named profession, bound and open to reperformance.

This certificate demonstrates the bridge the mathematical foundation alone cannot show: how the Internal Auditor profession is rendered as a governed projection of the ANUNNAKI MATRIX, how authoritative professional requirements correspond to that projection, and how a specific evidence state yields Necessary Work.

15 / 15principles accounted for
52 / 52standards enumerated

What this certificate establishes

A complete public correspondence at the 15-principle and 52-standard coverage level exists for one named profession. The profession’s source obligations, required states, evidence rules, action gates and unresolved-work consequences can be inspected and challenged without changing the ANUNNAKI MATRIX.

What it does not manufacture

It does not grant a licence, create board authority, substitute for jurisdiction-specific law, assert that a real customer supplied the demonstration evidence, or claim independent countersignature before one exists. Those controls determine lawful use; they do not determine whether the profession has been computationally represented.

Authority pack

This is a global professional baseline binding. A live professional or enterprise computation must add its applicable jurisdiction, legislation, board charter, enterprise methodologies and technical permissions before any external action is admitted.

ValidBindᵢₐ = source ∧ effective ∧ scope ∧ correspondence ∧ evidence rule ∧ authority owner ∧ challenge record

A professional label is never enough. Every binding must say which requirement is being named, what state is required, what evidence can establish it, which authority controls it, what dependencies it carries and how a challenger can reproduce the correspondence.

1

Applicable law and regulation

Jurisdiction-specific obligations and reserved acts override any lower source. None are inferred in this global demonstration.

2

Board-approved mandate and charter

Establishes the internal audit function’s organisational authority, scope, access and accountability.

3

Global Internal Audit Standards

The IIA’s 2024 Standards are the global professional baseline used for this public binding; issued 9 January 2024 and effective 9 January 2025.

4

Mandatory Topical Requirements

Applied when the engagement and risk assessment make a topic applicable; exclusions require a retained rationale.

5

Enterprise methodologies and engagement instructions

May narrow execution inside higher authority but cannot reduce mandatory professional obligations or alter the ANUNNAKI MATRIX.

Coverage closed

The table does not reproduce The IIA’s copyrighted requirements. It names every principle, enumerates its standard range, states the professional state being bound and exposes the ANUNNAKI consequence. Independent reviewers can compare each range with the official source.

1 · Demonstrate Integrity

Standards 1.1–1.3 · 3 accounted for

Professional conduct · refusal

Required professional state

Work is honest, courageous, lawful and not knowingly misleading.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

A assertion is capped by E evidence and P captured provenance; unsupported conformance or completion is refused.

2 · Maintain Objectivity

Standards 2.1–2.3 · 3 accounted for

Independence · human reservation

Required professional state

Bias, conflicts and impairments are identified, safeguarded and disclosed.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Objectivity is a required leaf in the authority closure. Missing conflict evidence remains Silent; an impairment creates a reservation or refusal.

3 · Demonstrate Competency

Standards 3.1–3.2 · 2 accounted for

Capability · expiry

Required professional state

The assigned auditor has evidenced competence and continuing development.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Competence claims require current E and P. Expired or absent support reduces C and creates Necessary Work before assignment.

4 · Exercise Due Professional Care

Standards 4.1–4.3 · 3 accounted for

Method · professional judgment

Required professional state

Services conform, use professional care and apply professional skepticism.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

The candidate path must account for T time, K cost and R risk without allowing any resistance to override admission, evidence or settlement.

5 · Maintain Confidentiality

Standards 5.1–5.2 · 2 accounted for

Authority · technical permission

Required professional state

Information is used and protected only for authorised professional purposes.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

The action gate requires enterprise authority, external authority and technical permission. Disclosure outside them is Refused.

6 · Authorised by the Board

Standards 6.1–6.3 · 3 accounted for

Board authority · provenance

Required professional state

A board-approved mandate, charter and support establish the function’s authority.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

A is the asserted authority input; it cannot pass forward as C beyond admitted charter evidence E and captured provenance P.

7 · Positioned Independently

Standards 7.1–7.2 · 2 accounted for

Independence · qualification

Required professional state

Organisational position and leadership qualifications protect independence.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Independence and qualification are conjunctive authority leaves. Failure in either blocks the affected action path.

8 · Overseen by the Board

Standards 8.1–8.4 · 4 accounted for

Oversight · layered settlement

Required professional state

Board interaction, resources, quality and external assessment are evidenced.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Each oversight obligation is a separately evidenced leaf with its own horizon; one established leaf cannot conceal another residual.

9 · Plan Strategically

Standards 9.1–9.5 · 5 accounted for

Outcome · dependency

Required professional state

The function understands the organisation and maintains strategy, methodologies, plan and coordination.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Required outcomes define G gradient force; dependencies, available capacity and resistance determine lawful candidate paths, not the professional name alone.

10 · Manage Resources

Standards 10.1–10.3 · 3 accounted for

Capacity · Necessary Work

Required professional state

Financial, human and technological resources are sufficient and governed.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Resource gaps render K cost, T time and R risk explicitly and produce Necessary Work; they do not justify invented capacity.

11 · Communicate Effectively

Standards 11.1–11.5 · 5 accounted for

Communication · escalation

Required professional state

Relationships, communications, results, corrections and risk acceptance are handled under authority.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Communications require admitted evidence and the correct authority recipient. Material errors reopen the state; unacceptable risk acceptance routes to a professional decision.

12 · Enhance Quality

Standards 12.1–12.3 · 3 accounted for

Memory · recomputation

Required professional state

Quality assessment, measurement and engagement supervision continuously test performance.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Quality results write to Mₜ, create new evidence horizons and recompute affected descendants; prior conformance is not permanently assumed.

13 · Plan Engagements Effectively

Standards 13.1–13.6 · 6 accounted for

Planning · conjunctive authority

Required professional state

Communication, risk assessment, objectives, scope, criteria, resources and work programme are established.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

These are conjunctive required leaves. Any unresolved leaf remains in Uₜ and therefore in the Necessary Work frontier Nₜ.

14 · Conduct Engagement Work

Standards 14.1–14.6 · 6 accounted for

Evidence · settlement

Required professional state

Information, analysis, findings, actions, conclusions and documentation form a supported engagement result.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

C cannot exceed E or P; settlement probability Pₛ does not replace evidence. The result cannot settle while a required residual remains.

15 · Communicate Results and Monitor Action Plans

Standards 15.1–15.2 · 2 accounted for

Successor state · horizon

Required professional state

Final results are communicated and agreed actions are followed to verified implementation.

ANUNNAKI binding consequence

Final communication and implementation confirmation are different states with different evidence and horizons. Closure is refused until the required successor is established.

Worked rendering: privileged-access termination audit

This is synthetic professional evidence, published to make the computation inspectable. It does not populate the ANUNNAKI MATRIX. It locates one present rendering inside the Internal Auditor projection and shows what follows.

01

Confirmed in this example

Board-approved charter, approved identity-access engagement, signed objectivity declaration, agreed objectives/scope/criteria, and a provenance-bound termination population.

02

Needs verification

The privileged-access export may exist in the authorised identity system but has not yet been admitted as evidence.

03

Not yet known

The present record cannot confirm whether terminated users retained privileged access because the system export and completeness proof are absent.

04

Cannot be concluded yet

The system cannot state that the termination control is effective because assertion A cannot become admitted confidence C without E and P.

Necessary Work frontier

The missing evidence becomes ordered professional work

  1. 01Issue the already-authorised evidence request for the privileged-access export.
  2. 02Verify source identity, extraction time, population completeness and chain of custody.
  3. 03Reconcile the termination population to privileged accounts and preserve exceptions.
  4. 04Evaluate each exception against the approved criteria and obtain management response.
  5. 05Prepare the finding, consequence, recommendation or action-plan options and supporting workpapers.
  6. 06Reserve significance, final conclusion and any unacceptable-risk escalation for the authorised internal auditor.
  7. 07After final communication, monitor implementation and admit closure only when the successor state is independently evidenced.
ADMITTED

The Professional Anunnaki Twin may prepare the evidence request, validate file structure, perform the authorised reconciliation and draft exception workpapers after the required permissions are established.

RESERVED

The authorised internal auditor retains significance judgments, the final engagement conclusion, sensitive escalation and any decision requiring professional skepticism in context.

REFUSED

The system will not state that the control is effective, close the engagement or mark actions implemented without admitted evidence, captured provenance and the required professional authority.

No invented Bend value

This public example does not assign numeric A, E, P, G, Pₛ, T, K or R values because no governed customer decoration has been supplied. Publishing a convenient score would be fabrication. The lawful result at this stage is the state classification, action disposition and Necessary Work frontier.

Reperformance challenge

The certificate fails if an independent reviewer answers “no” to any applicable test and the failure cannot be repaired through a versioned change.

  1. 01Source test: Is every named professional requirement traceable to an authoritative, effective source?
  2. 02Coverage test: Are all 15 principles and all 52 standards accounted for without a silent omission?
  3. 03Correspondence test: Does each requirement state what becomes required, what evidence establishes it and which gate controls action?
  4. 04Authority test: Can any output exceed the board charter, applicable law, professional reservation or technical permission?
  5. 05Evidence test: Can an assertion become established without E and captured P?
  6. 06Necessity test: Can another reviewer derive the same unresolved leaves and Necessary Work from the same rendering?
  7. 07Replay test: Can the source version, inputs, decision, reserved acts and successor requirements be reproduced?

The result

The claim is now inspectable at profession level—not only described in principle.

ANUNNAKI Mathematics supplies the ANUNNAKI MATRIX. The professional source supplies governed meaning. Evidence supplies the present rendering. God Code exposes the unresolved successor work. Authority determines which actor may perform it.
