Refunds and cancellation

The Professional membership is USD 49 per month. Paystack displays the converted rand amount before you confirm. That rand amount remains the monthly renewal amount until cancellation. Membership access begins after Paystack confirms payment. Each new subscription includes the first 30 days of all services. Any service charge that applies after the included period must be shown before the service is used.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting blitzmartini@gmail.com from the email address attached to the membership. Cancellation stops future renewal after it is processed. Access continues for any period already paid unless the membership is ended for misuse or required by law.

Refund requests

Refund requests are assessed against the terms shown at checkout, the membership use already received and applicable law. A cancellation does not automatically reverse a completed billing period. Duplicate, unauthorised or incorrectly settled charges should be reported promptly with the payment reference so they can be investigated.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes a refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Corporate memberships may have separate signed commercial terms.
